Our dedicated valeting team carry out interior shampooing to the vehicles seats, footwell and carpet mats at our vehicle preparation centre in Sandwich. This service is charged in addition to our menu price at £55 per hour plus VAT. Please note vehicles will need to be kept overnight to ensure adequate drying time.
Interior vehicle shampooing is a car detailing process that involves thoroughly cleaning and shampooing the interior surfaces of a vehicle to remove dirt, stains, odours, and contaminants. This process typically includes the following steps:
Vacuuming

Our dedicated automotive interior shampoo is applied to the car seats, footwells and carpets mats. This shampoo is then agitated with a brush to work the cleaning solution into the fibres and lift out stains and dirt.
Extraction
The shampooing sucked out of the material drawing out the cleaning solution, along with the dirt and contaminants it has loosened. This step helps ensure that the interior is left clean and relatively dry.
Drying
The vehicle is then left over night in a well ventilated area to ensure that the interior of the vehicle dries completely, reducing the risk of mold or mildew growth.
